THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO CONCLUDE A FOREIGN TRADE CONTRACT:
- certificate of state registration of the legal entity;
- certificate confirming the registration entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- certificate confirming the organization's registration with the tax authorities;
- articles of association and/or founding agreement, or extracts thereof, specifying information about the company's participants and the amount of its charter capital;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- extract from the minutes of the appointment of the Director (General Director).
THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MUST ALSO BE PROVIDED:
- position, full name of the head of the legal entity or another person authorized to sign the contract;
- title of the document granting the right to sign the contract;
- legal address, postal address and unloading point;
- bank details;
- contact telephone and fax numbers;
- e-mail address.
