On October 21, 2026, as part of the working visit of a business delegation from Perm Krai of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan hosted a meeting between the Chamber’s leadership, representatives of the business community of Perm Krai, and representatives of Tajikistan’s private sector.

The business delegation from Perm Krai comprised representatives of five companies operating in the fields of construction and building materials manufacturing, heavy and light industry, as well as metallurgy.

During the meeting, the parties discussed strengthening and expanding trade and economic cooperation, developing industrial cooperation, supplying manufactured products to the markets of both countries, exchanging expertise and modern technologies, and exploring opportunities for implementing mutually beneficial joint projects.

The event also featured direct B2B business meetings, during which representatives of companies from both sides exchanged views on promising areas of cooperation, opportunities for establishing business partnerships, and further expanding trade relations.
