On January 8, 2026, a meeting of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan was held.

The meeting was attended by Inoyatullo Kosimzoda- Advisor to the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Economic Issues, members of the Council, the management of the Chamber, as well as heads and employees of the Chamber’s structural divisions from Dushanbe city, Sughd Region, and Khatlon Region.

According to the agenda, the Report of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan on its activities for 2025, as well as other current issues, was reviewed. Following the discussion, Acting Chairman of the Council of the Chamber Rajabzoda Haydar Usmon, and the members of the Council adopted relevant decisions.

The report on the Chamber’s activities for 2025 was presented by the First Deputy Chairman Anvarov Nasimjon Naimovich. The report was assessed as satisfactory by the Advisor to the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the members of the Council. It was emphasized that additional measures should be taken to further develop entrepreneurship, promote domestic products abroad, and increase the participation of domestic entrepreneurs in international exhibitions and business forums.

Following the Council meeting, a meeting of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan was held.

Members of the Board, the Chamber’s management, and representatives of relevant structural divisions took part in the meeting. The following issues were discussed:

- report on the implementation of the Chamber’s Work Plan for 2025;

- review and approval of the draft Work Plan of the Chamber for 2026;

- admission and approval of new companies and enterprises as members of the Chamber;

- other related issues.

During the meeting, the report on the implementation of the 2025 Work Plan was assessed as satisfactory. A decision was made to carry forward the unfulfilled items to the 2026 Work Plan and ensure their full implementation.

In addition, the Work Plan of the Chamber for 2026 was approved after review, and a number of new companies and enterprises were admitted to the Chamber’s membership.
