On January 15, 2026, a meeting was held with the leadership and staff of the central office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan to discuss and clarify the Massage of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Main Directions of Domestic and Foreign Policy of the Republic of Tajikistan".

The meeting was opened by Rahmonalizoda Farkhodshhoh Rahmonali, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, who highlighted the key points of the Massage of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, on economic development, entrepreneurship, investment, industry, and the digitalization of the country's economy. It was noted that the measures taken have increased the gross domestic product by 3.4 times over the past 10 years, and our national economy has grown by an average of 7.6 percent per year. Gross domestic product per capita has increased 2.7 times, from 6,000 somoni in 2015 to 16,400 somoni in 2025.

Rahmonalizoda F.R. noted that thanks to the far-sighted and wise policies of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, within the framework of reforms implemented to support the private sector, the country's businesses are now recognized as the driving force of the country's development. The private sector accounts for 80 percent of national production and 70 percent of employment.

Furthermore, during the meeting, he presented analytical and statistical information on other key points mentioned in the Massage and the relevant areas of the Chamber's activities. 

In conclusion, he instructed the heads of structural divisions and regional chambers to promptly and effectively implement the instructions and tasks set out in the Massage regarding the activities of the Chamber.
