On June 12, 2026, a meeting was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan between the Deputy Chairman of the Chamber Rajabzoda Haydar Usmon and the Chairman of the Union of Potato and Vegetable Growers of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ualkhanov Baizhan Nurbayevich.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation in the fields of potato and vegetable production, the introduction of advanced agricultural practices, the exchange of knowledge and modern technologies, as well as the expansion of agricultural exports and imports between the two countries.

The participants also exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between entrepreneurs and agricultural producers of Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, organizing business meetings, and participating in industry-related events.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further expand mutually beneficial cooperation, exchange experience, organize study visits and technical tours, and participate in international agricultural exhibitions and forums.
