On September 4, 2026, a ceremonial event dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in Shohmansur District of the Executive Body of State Power of Dushanbe, with the participation of district activists, residents, and entrepreneurs.
The event was attended and addressed by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rahmonalizoda Farhodshoh Rahmonali, in his capacity as the official representative of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in Shohmansur District. He conveyed to the residents of the district the congratulatory message and constructive guidance of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon.
During his ceremonial address, Government representative Rahmonalizoda F. R. conducted an in-depth analysis of the overall indicators of sectoral development and noted that, under the direct leadership and constructive initiatives of the Government of the country and the Chairman of Dushanbe, His Excellency Rustami Emomali, the Action Plan for the Improvement and Development of Shohmansur District for 2021–2026 has been fulfilled by 125 percent.
An important part of the event was the ceremony of presenting state awards. Acting as the official representative of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Rahmonalizoda F. R., pursuant to the relevant decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, presented state awards on behalf of the Government of the Republic to distinguished representatives for their valuable contribution to the development of science and culture, healthcare, the economy and trade, effective public service, and outstanding professional achievements.
In particular, in a solemn ceremony, the Chairman of Shohmansur District of Dushanbe, Olimzoda Safar Mahmadsho, was awarded the Jubilee Medal “35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan,” while the First Deputy Chairman of the district, Amirshozoda Zoirshoh Temur, was awarded the Medal “For Worthy Service.”
The event concluded with a vibrant cultural programme presented by renowned artists of the republic. Patriotic songs and musical performances celebrating the Motherland, state independence, peace and unity, and the beauty of beloved Tajikistan brought the festive celebrations to a fitting conclusion.
